Order Cancellation
Livorilla (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") provides this policy for our outdoor storage sheds, greenhouses, and outdoor storage products to ensure a clear understanding of the cancellation process.
Cancellation Conditions
Orders can be canceled directly if the request is made within 48 hours of purchase and the items have not yet been dispatched. For orders exceeding 48 hours from the time of purchase or those that have already entered the shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please wait for the delivery to arrive and then contact us to initiate a return and refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

We will process your application immediately. Once approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange your refund as soon as possible.
Refund Instructions
Upon confirmation of the cancellation, the refund will be issued to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) used for the purchase.
Arrival Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. If the refund has not appeared after this period, please contact us for further assistance.
Order Information Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all order details, including shipping address and product specifications, are correct at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, please contact us within the 48-hour window. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided during checkout if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Refusal of Delivery
If a delivery is refused at the destination without prior written authorization from us, the order will be treated as a return. In such instances, shipping costs and potential restocking fees incurred during the transport process will be deducted from the final refund amount.
