Delivery Scope
We currently only provide shipping services within Australia. We do not support shipping to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Fees
We adhere to a transparent shipping fee structure:
Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of 70 AUD or more are eligible for free shipping.
Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than 70 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 7.99 AUD will be charged.
Taxes
All taxes and related fees are already included in the product price. You do not need to pay any extra fees upon delivery or during the checkout process.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order processing is based on our service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).
Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) will be processed starting the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be postponed to the next business day for processing.
Handling Time
Once an order is confirmed, we require 1 to 3 business days to process, pack, and hand over the order to the logistics carrier.
Transit Time
After the order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time is 5 to 15 business days. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors.
Logistics Carriers
To ensure your garden furniture arrives safely, we partner with reliable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express, among others.
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can track your shipment status by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website and entering your email address (or phone number) and the corresponding order number.
Liability Statement
Product Damage or Loss: If your item is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Transportation Modification and Cancellation: Changes to the shipping address or order cancellation can only be requested before the order has been shipped. Once the package is with the carrier, we cannot modify or cancel the transport.
Delivery Address and Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Signing Instructions
Upon arrival of your garden furniture, please inspect the outer packaging before signing for the delivery. If you notice significant damage to the packaging, please note it with the carrier or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Partial Deliveries
Due to the size and weight of garden furniture, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. These packages might arrive on different days. You will be able to track each package via the tracking information provided.
PO Box Restrictions
Please note that due to the bulkiness of our furniture products, we are generally unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a valid physical residential or commercial address to ensure successful delivery.
Delayed Delivery
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather or carrier delays) may occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate the status of your shipment.
